But if you're talking about Hana's models -

Yes she did stop distribution once, however she started again since the popularity of MMD among Hetalia fans has grown. You can find all of her models on her blog (She's asked everyone not to publicly link to her blog, however the link is on her Nicovideo profile)

But the thing is there IS a country block, of course you can get passed this by using a MANUAL Japanese proxy :)
