@calbunn High wattage Tesla light is a plasma lamp that can produce the same red wavelength spectrum as most high quality HPS lamps. They are a little power hungry but throw some serious lumens.

PAR works good for veg only. These don't produce enough red and far red wavelengths. they need these in a full spectrum for flowering. until then its just a bright light
