Thanx Amy, I love this post. I'm generally anxious in social situations and I love how you give distinct examples of what we can do and that we have the choice to leave...I have felt stuck at parties and places I dont want to be because I didnt want to be rude, but also felt uncomfortable, but knowing I can leave helps just as much.

Hey There! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Xocialign System (search on google), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you tried system called Xocialign System? I've heard many great things about it and my mate completely stop his social anxiety naturally with this system.
