  • that was terrible... shoulders up and out... elbows away from body (it looked like almost 90° angle)... no arch in lower back... no leg work - mostly because the feet were wrongly positioned... groin pointing up... grip was not tight enough (do the thumbs first, move the fingers after)... and from the camera angle he probably lowered the bar too close to his neck... so - what exactly was the purpose of this video...? ...if one wanted to try bench their max like that, they would risk an injury...
