Now Red beach have decided they know the rules better than the officals after bing DQ'd. The rule is to changeover inside the box, a 10m x 10m wide designated maked-out changeover 'box'.
Hmmmm now that means you cannot change outside that box. Red Beach say 'they didnt hear' and 'they didnt know...' and 'they did it this way before...'. The last statement sums up everyones thoughts about Red Beaches culture - win at all cost even if it means cheating. Yes cheating. Not extending the rules but 'to cheat'.
On the good side this weekends racing was not marred by any Red Beach team members grabing our swimmers during swim events and pulling them back, as so often occurs.... by accident of course!
We play to win. Fairly.
When it comes to saving lives, you can never cheat. If you do, someone dies.
