This was filmed late at night after a few drinks, the guy filming thinks pasta is french or something?4 eggs, 450-500g flour 1 bunch fresh basil sprigged and washed. Season to taste. Rough chop basil blend with eggs, add flour and mix till just combined (or mix by hand- better) Rest dough. Rolll out into sheets and cut cook 6-10 mins in salted water. Drain and serve with your favorite pasta sauce. Or chill in ice bath and use for a salad.
