I've never seen a meat canning how to before would be great never know when I'll have time or equipment or it but nice to see how it's done. I've done jam mostly a few years back and once home made baked beans.

canning meat is one of my weaknesses i would love to see you way of doing it. i have dones some butchering but to get to watch someone who know more than i do prepare ground beef would be a treat also. great job i'll watch either one GOD BLESS.

I looked at beef yesterday and they were horrible.. I don't know where you live but everything was 4 dollars and more a lb. I buy groceries once a month, and from last month the prices have gone up terribly. I can't imagine feeding a family of 5 or 6. Just us two and we are struggling..we are very thankful to have our food storage. Great buy girl!
