For the beauty of the earth
Por la belleza de la Tierra
Por la belleza de los cielos,
Por el amor que está en nuestro nacimiento
Sobre y alrededor nuestro.
Por la belleza de cada hora
Del día y de la noche
Colina, valle, árbol y flor,
El sol y la luna, las estrellas y las luces.
Por la felicidad del amor humano
Hermano, hermana, padre, hijo,
Amigos de la tierra y amigos que está sobre nosotros
Por los pensamientos gentiles y moderados.
Por cada perfecto regalo tuyo
A nuestra raza tan libremente dado,
Dones humanos y divinos
Flores de la tierra y pimpollos de los cielos.
Señor de todo, a Ti nos elevamos
Éste, nuestro himno de alabanza.
This is the best interpretation so far of all the you tube postings for this AWESOME HYMN. The blending , tempo and timing was perfect. The singers were intense and passionate.Thank you and God bless you all!

Wow! This was fantastic! I love the fact of how much fun they are having! They are really worshiping! They are not stoic, and hard, but soft and free!!! Just perfect!

I am in agreement with jimdivax, they do a good job seeing as this is not their first language. I shutter to think of how native Italians, Germans, and French would cringe as I sing various songs in their languages. I think these Argentinians do a passable job. From the context, it looks to be a cathedral choir during worship, and not a professional gig, I assume.

I think it sounds very sweet. English is not this choir's first language and it's a testament to Rutter's lovely tune they want to do it in English in the first place, HE wouldn't be so petty I'm sure.

The song is good, but this choir was not. They failed to end words together (the terminating consonants were all over the place). Their pronunciation was very strange, and if you were watching their lips you saw a lot of people making up syllables in the middle of words, so I couldn't understand many of the words. The girl in the first close-up had the best pronunciation. She was excellent. That one guy needs a haircut. The accompanist missed a couple notes but you would never notice because he
