I grew up in Grand Haven. I have to admit sometimes I miss it terribly, but it's nice to come for a virtual visit every once in awhile.

I like Grand Haven but the diversity is an issue to me.

96% Caucasian. I don't have a problem with white people as I am half white myself, however it's just boring seeing only one race of people most of the time.

I was born in Detroit and raised in Grand Haven, attended Rosy Mound Elementary. And man, do I prefer Grand Haven -- and man, are those some great memories.

Great video, it brings back so many memories of growing up there as a child. I jumped from the pier, rode the trolley, got ice cream at chinook peir, and helped to build the Imagination Station! Funny thing is, it looks like nothing has changed! It is still good ole GH. Gotta love Grand Haven :)
