Isabel and I (Arnel) teamed up to give you best diet tips and nutrition tips to help you get in the best shape of your life. The truth is working out is just part of the battle.   • oh reallllllyyyyyyy? Go look at attic accesses of old houses and compare it to the ones on new houses. The later is in average bigger than 3 times. People got fatter and heaver due to easier access to food, less walking as opposed to driving, etc., that's why babe, you are misleading all these stupid public. I believe if instead of you an angry woman would be saying exactly the same thing all of these idiots would disagree.

  • @graffist448 I agree, not literally, but they are perceived more appealing to the overall population being described as fat burning foods than to describe them as foods which demand more digestive energy from the body than the energy content of the food. Therefore promoting the use of stored body energy or a body fat, and more accurately described as converting body fat for energy. Marketing strategy in my opinion, and vice versa by putting nice pictures on processed foods.

  • I like this. I stay away from Bread whole wheat and otherwise. I drink Vemma and Verve they have the mangosteen plant in it.

  • I don't think there is a certain type of food that burns fat at all. This "magic bullet" mentality is really screwing everyone up. I've seen before/after pics of people who simply drop eating processed foods and lose like 130 pounds. They look like totally different people its insane! I read an article on how this mentality is fuckin killing us. its a good wake up call google 'yourfitassist' n its the first article
