Nice video....I too shoot the .17HMR.....love the gun.

I commend you for your unwavering preoccupation on safety and your marksmanship. However, I question the fundamentals of sniping towards the sky. How can we be assured beyond any doubt that a missed shot or ricochet bullet will not put other object, mammals or human in harms way? After all, we can’t ascertain who is out there and exactly where.

Glad you enjoyed the video. I love crow sniping, it's just a lot of fun even though I don't shoot as many crows as with calling and shotgunning.
I use a variety of calls. My main call most of the time is a Johnny Stewart Crow and Owl fight. Crow fight sounds, crow gatering etc. will all work. What you are looking for is to just get them to land nearby for a shot with a rifle.
