  • You could lift more if you work on your technique more. You don't use enough hip drive. The first rep was ok but the last wasn't good, too much back. Looking at your vids, if you want to compete you need to get leaner. You are holding too much body fat. Not being mean just an honest opinion.

  • @DdotRedd its 2.2 kilos for every pound, he must have some rediculously heavy plates then. Because most gyms dont use the metric system for weight lifting

  • @napo153 theres no way thats 441 kilo's, he's got a max of like 2 plates each side

  • 200 lbs really isn't that heavy
