Cleanse you liver with this amazing juice recipe.

Detox, or detoxification, is the removal of potentially toxic substances from the body. Special diets, supplements, herbs, enemas and other methods help remove environmental and dietary toxins from the body. To make your own juice at home, buy an inexpensive juicer with cutting blades and a centrifugal spin. If possible, you want to look for a juicer that operates a lower speeds to avoid heating and thereby damaging nutrients, adding oxygen to the juice and eliminating impact shock to the fruit or vegetable. Otherwise, you can press juice or squeeze juice by hand or using a presser.

If you have been diagnosed as a chronic alcoholic or drug addict, the following recipes might help you restore balance to your internal organs and systems. Please consult with a medical doctor before using any of the recipes to be sure that your body is prepared for the cleansing nature of these juices.

  • The juice extractor that he is using is a piece of crap. It's fine for beginners, but if you want quality don't buy a Jack LaLane juice extractor. Names to look for in terms of quality juice extractors that are built to last? --> Hurom, Omega, Champion, Norwalk. I have an Omega 1000 juice extractor and yes it cost $200. if I had bought Jack LaLanes juicer I would have gone through 3 of his juicers by now compared to the Omega that's lasted me 15 years so far.

  • Are you a vegan? Anyhow I really like this simple vid!

  • How often should you have this drink? everyday? once a week?

  • are you kirk cameron?

  • @Rawtool Just belnd the ingredients in your blender and then strain the pulp. You can use a cheese cloth bag, and almond milk bag or even the bag used to store mushrooms. It's a process that I used with my Vitamix before I purchased a juicer. In addition, you may have to add some water to get the blend process started.

  • he's on the juice

  • @SpazChat Hey! Don't forget about the Greenstar Elite, which happens to be (in my opinion) the best juicer in the market! LOW RPM's for lowest oxidation and 3 stage tritrator for maximum yield! and much much more that makes it the best! And please don't mention the Norwalk. That device is very outdated and is extremely over-priced. (I own a Greenstar Elite Juicer)

  • @Rawtool I would not with a blendtec. I have a blendtec as well and it functions great as a blender but not as a juicer. It will add too much air to the blend and it will oxidise faster. Invest in an Omega Juicer. Preferably an 8006 if you can afford it. Then save up and add a Omega 350hd later. The omega 8006 will juice wheatgrass, barley grass and most green veggies with some fruit. The omega 350hd will allow you to juice everything else but it requires more prep.

  • @baybreezefarm I agree with you. I have an Omega 8005 and an Omega Vert 350HD. Both are excellent masticating juicers and much better then the juicer used in this video.

  • i like how he wrote a book even after spelling pear as pair !!

  • totally correct about buying a good juicer. Omega is awesome. I have used my Omega juicer for over 15 years!....Still running.....great juicer.

  • I have a Blendtec. Can I do these recipes with it?
