@ddot1979 As a resident of Estrada Courts Public Housing, I can tell you they are Projects. I was raised in the Projects and would not trade it for the world. If you knew the people I have met there, you'd say the same thing. Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas lived 3 doors down from me and played with my younger brother in the late 70's and early 80's - Willie REPRESENTS!
