@daniellynch917 now i suppose you already completely understand that your question is stupid..you see, pacquiao isn't just fighting the loser, but actually both the loser and the winner..in fact pacquiao has been calling out mayweather for months..but ever since pacquiao anounced he agrees to the drug testing, the world has never heard from mayweather again.
