I love this event so much. The highlight of my year every year! And I don't even get to go this year! (exams on memorial day) Its gonna hurt to miss this race and have to wait another year!

Similar story with me...

My dad hadn't missed a single 500 in like 35 years and so he took me to the 07 indy 500 (i wasn't all that exited) and the second the cars got rolling i was hooked.

Now i watch all sorts of motorsports: F1, Le Mans, IRL, Nascar, ARCA you name it!

i had seats on the start/finish line and it was really loud. it was my first indy 500. when we were in the car in traffic in a neighborhood, some drunk guy threw a raw sausage IN our car.
