Shanna Ferrigno on Fitness and Her Dad, Lou Ferrigno

In 2005 my daughter, Shanna Ferrigno, appeared on E!'s "Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive." She showed everyone that she's a woman that takes charge while overcoming any task that stands in her way. She can dress up as the "belle of the ball," and also get down and dirty with the boys.

In this interview, I was happy to hear how my guidance, as a father, taught her the importance of hard work and determination.
