@jonny6857 I've watched tons of footage from his live stuff, including the stuff with no mic. I've never actually been to one of his shows though, unfortunately.
I have a friend that is absolutely obsessed with anything Aaron Lewis and has been to quite a few of his shows. At first I just thought it was because she thought he was "so hawt!" until I finally watched some videos on here that she kept bombarding me with links to.
He's ridiculously talented for sure.

@Danklin24 I didn't say he did it "better" than Eddie, I (in my own personal opinion) think he did an amazing rendition of the song. The original version is one of my all-time top 100, as well as the ALewis version.

I saw a VH1 special and someone said Aretha Franklin was the voice of God. This person obvioulsy never heard Aaron Lewis. He has the most beautiful amazing God given voice and talent.
I thought Scott Weiland was wonderful, then Aaron did Plush, wow, Aaron blew that song away.
I thought Eddie Vedder was good, then Aaron did Black and blew that away.
He is absolutely full of talent and has an amazing voice. I know trained singers who took courses at a Master degree level and they listened to
