They make adaptions of fairy tales, books, comics and such, because the people who write those things are good at writing. Hollywood screen writers are good at the grunt work: translating real literature and story into a movie, but they're almost always horrible at making up their own films. It's rare for a screen writer to make a good, original film, and happens most often with comedy movies. So, no- you are the only one tired of it.

Maybe I will watch this movie looks nice. But I ask myself did they run out of ideas that they always have to make and remake movies outta fairytales, comics and books all the time?! And when it's not that it's cheesy romance flicks or typical comedies with different cast...Am I the only one a bit tired of that?!
