My problem is actually FINDING the damn engine so I can start playing...
I downloaded what I thought would be the engine but I got no "run" file, so I guess I was wrong...

not because of complexity is because KFA looks like its not even up there with mugen and is missing alot of stuff.

Well, judging by what you just said, it's like MUGEN, but with less buttons and more technical features. Sure, I'd like to take a look at it. :)

No this is something different. It's called Knuckle Fighter Alpha, which is like Mugen but with different features. In KFA, you can move around before the round starts and it also has a Dramatic camera Zoom-in after a KO. The downside is there's only 4 buttons (and a taunt) so the engine is only good for SNK characters. There's a guy with a website that's making a giant roster of KOF fighters for this engine so if you want to get started with this, I can give you the website address.
