Obama's Doctor Speaks Out for Medical Reform- supports "single payer option."

This is an excerpt from a interview conducted by Democracy Now (www.democracynow.org) of David Scheiner, Obama's doctor of 22 years. Scheiner is opposed to the current health care bill, citing that the bill does no where near enough to diminish Insurance companies influence on the medical community.

@Nancycarigen corrupt or not the current healthcare system isn't working, and it needs to get a huge overhaul or it needs to be taken over by another entity that can handle the responsibility better than most. your right that the government isn't doing very good on almost anything, but there are a combination of problems for that, I won't get into that because it will cause political argument which leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
