Could I adore this movie anymore?? I'm in the middle of reading the novel, too, and it's equally fantastic. Not that it makes me like Miranda anymore, lol. If only he had chosen ANY OTHER GIRL. She was absolutely the worst choice for him, it's so sad.

Song: Make this Go on Forever
Artist: Snow Patrol

Thanks for watching! :)

  • I love this!!! GREAT JOB!

  • @MissAngelaLoves Thanks so much! :)

  • That was gorgeous! Why have I not subbed you yet?!

  • @WolfQueene Thank you SO much! And thank you for subscribing, you're so sweet!

  • Miranda thought she was smarter then Freddy because of her education. She failed to realize that a chloroform pad beats a writting pad every time.

  • @chloeforman Haha. I suppose, in this case. XD I'm not sure I've heard the song you're talking about. Who's the artist?

  • Am I the only one who thinks that deep down, Freddie hated her? He always goes on about his hatred for the elite pseudo-intellectual upper class. And even though I love Miranda's character, that is what she is. He thinks he loves her, but her just likes her body and truly hates her character. I think near the end he realizes this to an extent, and that's how he can disregard her death so easily.

But I do know that Freddie is a very sick man.

  • Wow! I really liked this video, this was an excellent movie and this is the first time I ear this song I love it!!!

  • excellent loved it

  • i love this, i really want to watch it but its so hard to find on dvd for some reason.

but at 0:35 does he jizz his pants?? hahaha.

  • I agree. I think He is incapable of love, his only desire is control. Even when Miranda begins to warm up to him he isnt satisfied. He has an inferiority complex and overanalyzes everything she does. The scene when he gets so angry about the picasso painting not being real is a perfect example. I could go on and on, but you get the point. I hated his character and his passive agressive ways, but thats why I loved this movie, I was emotionally invested and his character was very complex.

  • @turningmorti People always hate the female character, unfortunately.

  • @fizzypopism Glad to see I'm not the only one defending Miranda's honour :P

  • I had to read this book for school and i hated it. I was hoping the whole time that Freddie would die and Miranda would escape. The way Miranda died really saddens me.

  • Wow I have to read this book for school, My opinion is that this book is boored. I'm happy that you've bring a image of the book (or the film). I download the audiobook, that makes me happy too...

    Thx for the video! ;)

  • I can't stop watching this video, i love it!!!! but it's scared the hell out of me to see that the song as well as the film talk about the same problem and they are like 50 years apart!!!!

  • Oh goodness that was beautiful. And these comments are so insightful too! I have nothing intellectual to say other than that was very powerful and I'll enjoy watching it again
