@Mr707headband You need to make sure you have the USB in the back of the Mixdeck plugged into your Computer/USB source.

ROFL...I love that you are so ghetto and unprofessional on the video and don't care! LOL, but, seriously, I want to THANK YOU for one little thing I learned in your video that saved me $1000 from getting the Mixdeck Quad. I tried repeatedly getting Virtual DJ to work w/the software they gave me but the analog mixers didn't work. I just got the Pro 7, and changed the settings to ones you mentioned (didn't work before), and voila! No Mixdeck Quad rush for me!
