Adele and Euythmics' Sweet Dreams inspired a lot of remixers, but I went a step further. Quite simple: you create the image and the audio. Then, you drag the image on a "video" track of any video editor like Premiere Pro or Nero Vision Extra. Then you put the audio on an audio track, and render the whole comp. Done.
