This was shot in the lower 9th ward on Dec. 1, 2008, three years after Katrina. Many of the houses have been removed and most of the remaining houses or in disrepair and empty. There are people living here and the community is slowly coming back. There are also churches and schools operating in the area. My respect and sympathy goes out to the families of this area along with everyone affected by this storm. I hope you find this video enjoyable.
