Ape Escape: On the Loose - 14 - Sky Flyer & Frosty Retreat

The Sky Flyer HAS to be the most badass gadget ever.
At least it's a lot easier to use this time around--just keep hitting the button over and over.

@chaffXgrenade What do you mean by that? I've never played it fully, only a bit on my cousins PSP. I'm downloading it for my PSP (CFW FTW!) Looks good enough.

@Cloudz2789 I'm just saying that while most remakes usually turn out great, they don't always have that "charm" that the original has, y'know? But don't get me wrong--this game still kicks ass, either way. :D

The Sky Flyer is my favorite gadget from Ape Escape...but it kind of looks like a double-shovel.

@Killicon93 I gotta agree with all this, the PSP version is a good game, but the original still beats it by a mile! Spike's original voice sounded good, this one sound awful! DX as with the other voices, why not keep the original voices?? With Spike in Ape Escape 2, his voice is also changed, and more bad. DX Also all he says is transporting. :< and the animations, and the controls are okay I guess, but the PlayStations's were moe fun with two analog sticks. :) Good remake, original, way better!

A few things I've got to say about the PSP version of AE:

Obviously the controls lack on the psp.

The textures are smoother but they don't blend as well as the originals and they have way more noticable tiling.

Spike's voice is annoying as F***!

And his animations aren't as good as before. (the slower pace of footsteps is a bit uncanny for one who grew up with the original. And Spike's way of jumping in the PSP version is just horrible.

Other than that I guess it's good for travelling.

lol I remember playing this when I was young... I just WOULDNT stop... the last and hardest monkey I had to do was with that lame remote controll car when the monkey is in that cage and you have to manouver the little care on the inside without falling of the edges... GOD this game is epic... I'm gonna down it like right away
