@guycalledjim it depends on if they have mated b4 if they have mated a few time it could be about 2-3 turns and if they are new couple if could be upto 5 look at some of my vids (the update has a zebra obilquin holding eggs

would the red zebras be known as a VERY aggresive cichlid
my female is about 3-4 inches
and my male is about 2 inches would mate or is the age difference to high

I sold these guys about a year ago, all the spawning got a little hectic with all the other fish (mostly fuelleborni and peacocks) in the 180 gallon. About twice a year I'd have to tear down the tank and take out around 75 fish that survived the big guys.

ive read in many articles that its rare to find a red male zebra cichlids.. how did u come upon one? my orange female and blue male zebra's mated about a week ago.. the female is still holding.. will the babies have a speckled color to them?

It's pretty common to find red males in stores, just not in the wild.
Some males are blue, or the your male could be a Metriaclima callainos. It's possible that few fry could be OB (blotched). But I thinks it's more likely you will just have a few blue males and some orange females if they are both M. estherae.
