Wow, that sounds like a serious project that you guys have started! The existing roof line is what will determine the extent of the work to be done. Isn't it gonna be cold when you start demoing the walls etc? Here we have to pull permits and follow building codes which have to be inspected. Is it the same in the Netherlands?
