From our trip to Thailand, a presentation of Traditional Thai dances at the Rose Garden outside Bangkok. Dances from the North Region, The Central Region and a very cool stick dance which I didnt catch the origin of.

    Apologies if my facts are not straight, and I'm sure that not all Khmer hate Thai's as not all Thai's hate Khmer, it is only the few that give the majority a bad rap as in any country.

    I'm sure that modern borders are irrelevant as its obviously having visited that the culture is spread over all of southeast asia, and what a wonderful culture it is.

  • um sorri um i think u got it mixed around....thailand was once part of cambodia.....not trying to argue just to get that fact straight...im khmer myself not all khmer ppl are races against thai...i respect and love thai dances cuz we both are similar....

  • i think its the south, becuase the south has beats like that and becuase it has that similarity with the Philippine's "tinkling(?)"
