  • ya my mom and sister just say "stop that!stop being stupid! ur being ricdiculous." when i have panic attacks. i feel like i cant breath and im gonna throw up even more. i know i sound sooo stupid but it feels like everything is closing in and u just want to go away but u cant.

  • Can you make a video for night time attacks when awaken? I feel bad waking up people... I need something to utilize for night

  • I have been experiencing terrible panic attacks recently for no reason..... I need help to help get rid of these. I have them everyday plenty of times. The days are going by so slow and i just wanna know is there anyone who knows something that they use to calm them down during one? I have heard the taping on the colarbone or deep breaths but nothing really works unless i call and talk to my parents. I mean im 20 and this still calms me down so i dont no what to do.

  • @movi3srock i am the same way one time i ate pizza then i had a panic attack but i just barfed every were then i was all better

    p.s my worst fear was barfing but now it's not :D 

  • I find that saying reassuring words to yourself while having a panic attack really helps. When I have one I usually quote Saul Williams "All I have to breath and all else will follow" a few times in my head and it helps to slow my breathing and relaxes me. It's sometimes too hard to even think about this when its happening but if you try it just as you feel it building up it will help you.

  • My tip: Go! - to be afraid to be called a insane and dont get any help, do not help u self. I already counselling a psyc. It have helped me SO much already!:D So go go, dont dweel on it:)

    i have them in school during classes and when your not around someone you know the feeling of fear is unbelivble.

    And i had one today before the end of school and because i kep hyperventalating i fainted and i have a psycologist but im not going i dont want to be classed as "insane" ^.^ any tips?

  • Once I had a p.a wich I thought I should die, and I never had the time to say how much I loved the people around me. I knew for at fact that when I walked out that door, I woudl never come home again. Today it is my turn to be killed and stuffed in a black dumsterbag and hidden away in a basement along with all the others! T_T that is just one of my p.a s...

  • My best friend has recently started having massive panic attacks...so thanks, expertvillage and Mr. Brennan. I now know how to help her when she is freaking out.
