@felixcock FL Studio and Reason are both very strong programs. I'm positive you can do just about anything you'd do in FL Studio in Renoise, though the workflow is quite different, as you can see. Reason is a bit of a different beast because the devices are unique to the proram, but, as a former Reason user who moved to Renoise a few years ago, I'd like to say the same thing.

Thinking on this one but fruity and reason seem more professional, but listening toi your sound im not so sure.

This helped me a lot. I'm struggling with channel interference in Renoise and I admit, I pretty much suck at drums too so thanks, I picked up a few things.
One thing, it is a bit of a murder to the ears to listen to drums in 360p, and especially if you plan to teach about EQ it helps if you up the stream quality.

This looks pretty similar to MilkyTracker. is it worth it for a novice to invest in something like this over something free like MilkyTracker?

I used to have Octamed on the Amiga and then on PC. I got right into that program. I use Ableton and Mascine at the moment but just not feeling Mascine right now. Gonna give this program a try me thinks

@TheQuietAesthetic Been there done that. Tired of joining shitty bands and having other people tell me what fits where and what to do. Fuck that. With programs I control everything and make exactly what I want without the need of anyone else.
