Only Americans from less diverse soccer mom states think Obama is a "terrorist". It's very typical of them do think the way they do. Those soccer mom type americans are very very stuck in the 1950s.

When you've grown up in a diverse city where you even meet arabs you can actually see that they're humans too as well as Americans.

SCW thats false. The Cartoon does NOT mock the Obama's if you read the caption in the magazine it says "The Politics of Fear".White Racists and Supremaicsts don't Fear the Obama's being Muslim or Terroists they fear they will dispell the MYTH(the LIE)that Whites are Superior and will take the power of White Racists and Supremacists away and they should be mocked.

Hi Realbrother3, I understand that the intent of the cartoon is to mock/saterize the dopes who are afraid of the Obamas. I get that. However, the picture, at first glance, looks anti-Obama, and those who are anti-Obama will take it as a mockery of the Obamas, and that is unfortunate. If the cartoonist had directly saterized the foolish fear-mongers it would have been far more effective. That is my opinion. Carry on. Obama 08!!

Oh ok, "dumbass Americans" made me think you were from another country. But nevertheless, it's true! We do have a ton of crazy things going on, even though other countries do as well.

I've heard that point made before and it does bring light one of the inequalities in our system. However, I think it is better than doing absolutely nothing for them. What do you suggest to battle racism- social and corporate?

xyoubreakmeup - You wrote: "Anyone who thinks that our system is fair and equal, especially for them, needs a reality check."

I agree with you! Once the latest affirmative action legislation was implemented (circa 1970), equality and fairness has been completely ignored in favor of minorities.

Thank you for understanding that Race preferential legislation IS racism.

We should ask our leaders, "what right does a government have in treating one race more favorably than another?"
