Thanks for checking out our video. You raise a good point and are correct... If the iPad is dropped onto another object (table edge, rock, etc.) it could be damaged. That said, iBallz are being used in hundreds of K-8 classrooms (dozens of students/tablets per) with very few reports of damage. Certainly possible, but after 2+ years of extensive use in classrooms & homes with young children -- both accident prone environments -- the feedback from customers is overwhelmingly positive. :)

Hello, does it block the headphone jack? It looks like it does...

One of the balls does slightly cover the headphone jack, but is easily nudged to the side for use. There's a balance between size & functionality -- the larger the balls, the better the protection. In the case of the headphone jack, it seems a trade off that our customers (primarily parents & teachers using iPads with young kids) are willing to make. P.S. I'm sure that folks are going to have fun with this post, based on the comments we're seeing here. ;)
