2009 Yamaha YZF-R1 M4 Exhaust system

This is a 2009 R1 with the M4 Carbon no-cat exhaust system. This was a PERFECT fit and great sound! This dyno'd in at 160hp and 77.8 torque with the flattest curve I've ever seen, all the way to 13,900 rpm.

what brand and where did you get your fender eliminator?

@kennyuscg Thanks for watching! I made the tag light out of a LED and resistor from RadioShack then mounted it one of the holes left over from the factory tag holder. The company that makes the eliminator does have a bolt-in kit available now. Check out my other videos for the install and info on this kit. @Irishsaint7 you said flattest curve ever you seen? it means bad? but u said 160 whp so what about stock whp was u see? like on dyno u see stock vs your new exhaust see how much more? and do u see top end move up? stock was huge fall down at top end.

@robertmike219 What I meant by 'flattest curve' was that it pulled hard and even all the way up. No big dips or drops on the power\torque. At 1000 miles and all OEM, it pulled 152hp (dont have the sheet with me to quote torque). The torque and HP both went higher up in the RPM's, expected after such mods. Biggest improvement though was in the feel and in use of the power. Much more even, consistent, and usable throughout the full RPM range. Thanks for watching!
