Indie's 1st walk outside on her own

Indie was a highly abused Great Dane that arrived at Valhalla Rescue approximately 4 days b4 this video in fear of EVERYTHING! Kept in a kennel outside all alone since she was a baby. she was abused for barking, hit for escaping and eventually left behind when her male owner moved away. Rescued by neighbors that could do nonthing before but watch and report, she kindly contacted us to help with her rehabilitation. Underweight and with visable scars, she is a work in progress, but a Dane with a good heart.
After a little time and lots of slow love,she finally attempts the great outdoors on her own! She's so timid and afraid of hands that treats don't even work with her. Before this attempt the only way she would go outside was if we let her out by herself in the front yard. She wanted to be with the other dogs, but was to afraid to go outside with them. This is the first step to a much happier dane.
