  • Nonsense.

  • @TomMarvan thanks

  • @Melki Spot on. And be wary of the first impressions people convey. You may be including someone prematurely on a project, for example, but you may be excluding someone prematurely, too.

  • so in my opinion her book would help us to get how to use those very effective and efficient potentials or to explore our blank spots

  • The middle part: Stop labelling people and jump to conclusions, by doing so you'd spoil yourself, you'd miss the opportunity to interact optimally with your team from many different unexplored sides of you (as a part of multidimensional reality).

  • I experienced some blankness while watching this, but here's what I got so far;

    As a leader you don't have to look like typical leader on tv, but the philosophical purpose is to sustain productivity, one way or the other. Could be by doing a lot of actions, or just by debunking misconceptions or attitude management... :)

  • New Age leadership, total nonsense....look up John C Maxwell instead.

  • Want to spur economic growth and reduce unemployment without increasing the deficit? Talk to your local representative about lower our devastatingly high federal minimum wage today!

  • @sdsabnis - I agree with you .. I understand the message .. she is giving overview of different things that holds back a person to perform at their fullest potential but simple examples would definitely help elaborate each point she makes. I think part of the problem is that there is time limits on these videos (looking at other ones it seems to be around 8-10 mins)

  • bad speaker.. :/
