hope you just cut some of it and didnt go short. all you need is long layers. no need to go shorter than middle of your back. of course its after the fact.

24" went, leaving me with chin-length hair. You'll be happy to know that now it's grown back to the length you've suggested. :)

Done and done - and since that was over a year ago, my hair's got enough length back to go back and do it again. :)
