If you pay a fee, it's in exchange for a service you receive. If you pay a tax, you have to pay it whether or not you receive a service or not.

So Mitt wanted to do more but couldn't?! I don't care about "Good Intentions" Rudy got taxes cut in americas most liberal city (except maybe SF) where Dems held far more weight than in Mass. Thats a go getter! GO RUDY!

There is no equivalence between Mitt and Rudy here. Mitt kept taxes more or less even in a state which saw no real change under his leadership. Giuliani lowered taxes and kick started the greatest story in Urban Redevelopment. This in turn created jobs which slashed welfare that had the domino effect of reducing crime. Its so simple that you've gotta ask Mitt, why didn't he think of that?!

Mitt Romney won. He did not raise any taxes and his record speaks for itself. Rudy's claims need to be checked here. Did you do that before uploading and giving this video that false title? Fix the title of this video. Don't put your wishful thinking in the title.
