  • Do Plain Steam Inhalation 3 times a day for at least 1 month. And eat plenty of Spices and green peppers. Clears the sinuses naturally.

  • I have been using an OTC called Sinol Nasal Spray. It was given to me by my ENT at the NY Allergy & Sinus Center in Manhattan. My sinusitis cleared very quickly and I continue to use it. Capsaicin is the active.

  • good to know

  • The best treatment for sinusitis is natural antibiotics/anti-fungals. Our natural nasal spray has cured thousands of people and contains a potent formula of these.

  • @ColoradoKing26 send me a message and I'll teach you how to solve your problem. won't cost you a dime and I'm not selling anything. I suffered once very greatly so I want to alleviate other's suffering, and I hope for donations at some point.

  • @Hkhan23 I had the same problem almost a year ago. Spent thousands on wasteful treatments. The only thing that worked for me was endonasal balloon therapy (sometimes called functional cranial release or BNS or NCR). I can teach you how to do it yourself, it's totally safe and easy. you can send me a message if you want.

  • I get these absoutely unbareable head aches, which is caused by by inflammed sinuses, I've tried nasal irrigation, and sprays.. everything.. the doctor just gives me anti-biotics which don't help...

  • Informative video. My nose was almost completely blocked off until I realized that I was mouth breathing too much. Nitric Oxide is produced in the nasal cavities; breathing through the nose enables use of NO. One of the doctors I visited suggested surgery but through proper breathing and reduced breathing, my inflammation went away on its own. Hyperventilation is a large contributor to swelling. Reduced breathing increased my CO2 levels, which is a powerful bronchodilator, as well as NO.

  • this is a valuable video

  • @rishimantri That's a great idea. But if the sinusitis has already advanced to bacterial sinusitis, you really don't have a month to clear it up--it can become dangerous.

I'm not a fan of antibiotics. But in the case of bacterial infection in locations that are hard to clear well with mechanical methods, like the sinuses, a course of antibiotics seems sensible to me.

  • I have a sinus infection right now lol

  • Very informative video. Keep them coming!
