To make Yodler's Fondue, you will need:
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/3 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup of beer, room temperature
1 lb. grated Monterrey Jack cheese

Combine butter, cornstarch and paprika in a Fondue pot and stir until smooth. Add beer, cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Then enjoy!
