Ghazal maestro Jagjit Singh, who passed away on Monday of cerebral haemorrhage, was cremated at south Mumbai's Chandanwadi Crematorium at 4.30pm Tuesday. The cremation witnessed several celebrities along with his relatives from native Rajasthan. The legendary singer died at the age of 70. He was to perform with Pakistani ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali on the day he was taken to hospital. Singh leaves behind wife Chitra Singh, also as a ghazal singer.
