Well I am a Muslim, alhamdulillah, I personally feel it's fake - I doubt human involvement in it - the baby turns sick too as a symptom. Allah Almighty does not need such "stunts" for His projection though at the same time he's fully capable to do it as His miracle. The Quran is already there within us. Even though the boy feels sick when they come on it doesn't mean Allah is punishing him. The boy is gifted and inshallah he will be a great man.
