@canuckete My grandfather was an engineer for Lockheed and worked extensively on the L-1011....He always felt (as do I) that it was far superior to the DC-10. I would give anything to even see one...I've always been fascinated with every aspect of that aircraft. I suppose it was reading about the EAL 401 incident in 1972 that peaked my interest.

@pcressma Ya, it is my favourite aircraft but it's way beyond my time. My co-workers told me they would have to raise their feet from the jumpseat on landing since there can be toilet leaks sometimes haha.
