Hmm perhaps strange isn't the word....for Tunisians and all Arabs this is normal....i understand it's different from what you're expecting but i feel like strange has a negative conotation...

it doesn't matter the word strange is not important, I am tunisian and I love our traditionnal wedding, we feel the joy and the hapiness of our family and friend. It is to celebrate a new life.
tunisian wedding are very spécial it is the right word I think.... 7 days days of celebration ... 5 days for the bride and 1 day for the husband sorry guys lol ... and the last day for both twoo ... It symbolises the final union !! :))

Ummm I don't see what is strange.
Western women have the freedom and choice to sleep with whoever they want.
However, you are being judgemental.
There are many women in the USA who have only one sexual partner, and others who wait until they are married. You watch too much hollywood.

1. I am not an american and I don't live in USA.
2. I was very suprised about this ceremony in the Hotel. (I travel very much due to my work and I appreciate to explore different cultures and I have never judged them)
3. I loved this tradition very much. Maybe it was not correctly to call it "strange"
Why have you judge me only because I am interested on different traditions and asked people to explain?
Please, don't think stereotipically, not all are similar, be open-minded!
