thanks. hey actually i did eventually learn how to do it correctly, and the water was coming out the other nostril. but, the problem is i felt a lot of pressure in my ears after, that would not go away. and i developed a sinus infection. i did it just like the videos show, the water was flowing out the other nostril.. but.. no luck with outcome

your sinuses are probably really clogged up, so much so that it's blocking the liquid from emerging all the way through.

now that you done the nose rinse, does it actually work?? can you now breath through BOTH nostrils at the same time and inhale through BOTH nostrils???? and buy doing the nose rinse does that mean your nostrils now have NO MUCUS???

yeah, actual the sinus rinse works really well. better than any expectorant i've taken. Unless you're really unbelievably congested it might take a while and repeat actions to completely clear. But just minimum to moderate stuffiness, does the trick.
