If you remember only ONE detail after reading our comprehensive description, REMEMBER this: EAST END Units have EXTRA BEACH Views with 3 BONUS windows plus 200 EXTRA square feet (that's = to a 20' x 10' room) and ADDED PRIVACY with a neighbor on just one side - not both! Only EAST END units have UNOBSTRUCTED beach & sunset views!

From the moment you feel those cool tiles in the foyer on your bare feet, you will experience the bright & breezy colors of the sun and the Gulf of Mexico: The walls are painted a sunny, welcoming yellow, and all the furnishings mimic the shades of blue and green found in the amazingly beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters just outside your door. NO cookie-cutter condo packages in '60's mauve & teal, NO dark Tommy Bahama furnishings & scary monkeys,and NO owner hand-me-downs with Grandma's old bedspread!! Every delightful item was chosen to provide a bright, fresh, fun & beachy atmosphere. From the custom wallpaper border & painted sand buckets to the framed artwork to the sofa sleeper & loveseat (NEW April 2011) to the NEW bedspreads, decorative throw pillows, & shower curtain to the floor tile & bedroom carpet, all of these were selected to make our beach home unique!

UNIT #405's bright & airy OPEN CONCEPT allows you to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen using our fresh, local seafood for your friends & family while being a part of the action & still be mesmerized by those breathtaking views from 3 BONUS windows as well as from the sliding glass doors off the living area! Natural light streams into the dining area which comfortably seats 6 while 3 more use the barstools at the nearby breakfast bar - perfect! Or if you prefer, dine on the balcony! It's also furnished with a large table, 3 new chairs, and 4 comfy barstools with a bar-height table.

The spacious MASTER bedroom, which faces the Gulf of Mexico, is also newly decorated in shades of blue and green reminiscent of the Gulf waters. Our guests especially love its access to the23 ft. balcony through sliding glass doors. You'll find the adjoining master bathroom with double sinks & tub/shower to be private and spacious!

BR #2 sleeps 3 & has been cheerfully redecorated in SPRING 2011 to remind you of our colorful sunsets: shades of blue, yellow, & reddish orange. It has 1 full-size bed & 1 twin, allowing flexible sleeping accommodations for every family. The 2nd bath (shower only/no tub) adjoins the 2nd BR or can be reached from the living area - a very convenient arrangement for all.

There's plenty of comfy seating in the living area with both (NEW April '11) sofa and loveseat. Two family members can sleep on the NEW queen-size sofa sleeper and awaken in a happy & excited mood as they look down the beach through the large windows in the living area & out the sliding glass doors. The fully-lined draperies block early morning sun for those family members who are late sleepers!

You will want to begin and end each day of your special vacation on the 23 ft balcony! Have a seat, relax & while away the hours amusing yourselves with our favorite sports: Dolphin-watching & People watching! Did you finish reading your beach book the 1st day? Don't worry - we've supplied you with fresh reading material in our bookcase that's fashioned to remind you of white picket fences and summer picnics in years goneby.
