Basia Lyjak performs a Gary Jules style cover of "Mad World," originally by Tears for Fears, with Ron Bechard on guitar, Pat Kelly on keys, Jeff Zurba on percussion and Jeff Burke on the bassoon! Live and acoustic from the Steam Whistle Brewery in Toronto, the set was in support of Guess Clothing's "Rock the Block" fundraiser for Habitat For Humanity on September 27th, 2009.

I've never heard anyone do this like tears for fears did... with energy.

I mean, this has its own calm energy... but no one has harnessed the chaos of the original song.

Don't get me wrong, this is great... its just... been done. :P
