In this video I demonstrate a sun salutation to burn off some of that anxious energy and a few other poses after to settle the nerves, ground you and relax the system. It will definitely help!

  • yogatic I'm sure you overheard this: I cannot hold my legs, my hands keep slipping on my waist over and over. If I practice daily stretching, I'm gonna be able to do it - and to do ANY yoga posture, in time ?
