The first angel in Revelation 14 commands us to FEAR GOD. Many fail to realize what the Fear of the Lord TRULY means. To Fear God doesn't really mean to be AFRAID of God.

amen & good job!
too many people (myself included) has for too long relied on the sacrifice of Jesus as opposed to obeying God's commandments.
To obey is better than sacrifice, and God is calling us off the milk and on to the meat.
Time to grow up and start fearing God.
If he says dont't...than we better not!
Don't be discouraged...it's a process. There are strongholds of sin in my life....But the more ground we take...the more ground we take.

How exactally do you define "fear"? I define it as respect, not being afraid. I wont worship what I'm afraid of, only what I respect.

"Oh my GOSH" that is MISUSE to God's name...and God IS his name...and ANY type of mis-use is to disrespect the awesome name of God.

So we can't say OH MY GOSH because its misusing God's name...but if we use OH MY GOD then we are using God's name in vain?...or is it depending on the situation? Help

You can not misuse it in any way shape or form. only use it through prayer.
