I have a friend that recently went through most of the horrors described on this channel. Eating raw foods, sleep driving, making phone calls and he woke up in a jail hospital bed. This is very scary stuf. That friend is a physician by the way and he'll never prescribe that "Sleeping aid" again I would bet.
